VelFast recovery collars with double neoprene edging and touch fastening.

With a strong touch fastening system, VELFAST® is an effortless way to ensure the correct fitting every time. It features soft padding for comfort to the animal’s neck and the same neoprene on the external edges – this protects doors, furniture, and human legs!

Buddy the French bulldog had an ulcer on his right eye which began in November 2025, this was operated on by a specialist ophthalmologist to place a conjunctival graft to protect the eyeball from further damage. As Buddy also suffers with skin allergies, it was really important to ensure he was not able to rub his face to allow his delicate eye to heal. Unfortunately, the standard cones and inflatable collars were not doing the job! He would either manage to escape from them, get around them to scratch his face or they would dig into his neck and irritate his sensitive skin. Luckily, we found a Velfast collar for Buddy, which provided solid protection but was comfortable with the soft edges. We find the Velfast collar so easy and stress free to use. Our children can easily place the collar without any stress.
