Designed for use on its own or in conjunction with the MDC Workaday Glove, these protection sleeves provide a barrier to the wrist and lower arm.

Using the sleeves on their own allows total freedom for hands to handle the animal without any restriction whilst the wrist and lower arm is protected from kicking and scratching during the restraining of rabbits, cats, wildlife and exotics. May also be used in conjunction with the MDC Workaday Glove.

MDC Safety Sleeves must be used intelligently and cautiously, with the assumption that injuries caused by animals may occur while using them. Be sure you understand the limitations of the sleeves before purchasing them. Our commitment is to provide our customers with the best equipment to assist you in carrying out your work safely; however, we cannot guarantee 100% protection in the wide variety of situations you may encounter.

Maintenance Guidelines:

• Inspection: Always inspect new and used sleeves before wearing them to ensure they are damage-free.
• Cleaning: Clean the sleeves with a damp cloth. Keep them in dry conditions, preferably in their original packaging when storing.
• Disinfection: If disinfection is necessary, some customers have successfully used disinfectant wipes. We recommend applying a small amount of disinfectant to a specific area of the sleeve and monitoring for any changes or damage to the material. The decision to use a disinfectant is at the owner’s discretion, and any resulting damage or deterioration of the sleeve is the owner’s responsibility.
• End of life: Local recycling options will vary, but most will accept gloves, gauntlets and other leather goods for textile recycling.
