For pet owners who choose home euthanasia the occasion can be
very distressing. MDC body bags provide a dignified means for
carrying away the body, a benefit for both the owner and the
veterinary practitioner. The bags are strongly made in green,
washable nylon, which is reinforced for added strength. A zip
fastener running along three sides of the bag allows it to be opened
out flat to receive the body. Six carrying handles are arranged in
such a way that they can be used by two people walking side by
side, or at each end, and can also be used as loops for poles, in
much the same way as a stretcher.
